Visual journalist Rachel Leonard wanted to find out whether she was having a boy or a girl. Through a cupcake. She had her favorite LA bakery Susie Cakes literally whip up a batch of cream-filled treats for her and her friends. She told them to fill one of the little cakes with pink or blue frosting, depending on what note she gave them said she was having. At the big reveal party at her home later in the day, friends eagerly took bites of their desserts. Most of them found white filling inside. But one lucky friend got to shout out that he had found pink frosting! She was having a girl, literally the icing on the cake!
